How to get Early Access of Superannuation?

- Once you submit the form, 'The Health Fund' will contact you within 48 hours (Monday to Friday)

- After a consultation with 'The Health Fund,' the team will organise an appointment for you to see your dental surgeon at With U Dental for your individualised treatment plan
- Then your eligibility will be assessed and we will organise everything for you in 2 to 4 weeks
